The Zybio COVID-19 RTK adopts the principle of colloidal gold-based flow-through, lateral-flow immunoassay and capture method, which serves as a rapid testing kit for the qualitative detection of specific antigen against SARS-CoV-2 in human nasal oropharyngeal swab specimens. The testing kit is operator-friendly and only requires four operation steps. The test result is visible to the eyes within 15 to 20 minutes.

Invalid: When the QC line (C) is invisible, the test is invalid. It is recommended to retest with a new test card. Pay attention to the residual sample volume is sufficient.

Positive: When the QC line (C) is visible and the test line (T) is visible.

Negative: Only the quality control line (C) is visible.
